How do I book a class?

Please get in contact via phone, email, or DM us on our socials and we can organise your first session at Della Bosca Pilates.

Where is the studio located?

Della Bosca Pilates is located in Metford, Maitland. As our beautiful studio is located in a residential area, please park curb side and be courteous of our neighbours.

What do I need to bring?

Please bring your water bottle, a sweat towel and wear socks. Our equipment is wiped down regularly in between sessions.

What do I need to inform my instructor about my health history?

Communication with your instructor is key! We care about you and your body. The more we know the better we can tailor your session to your needs.

Who can do Pilates?

Anybody and everybody! Pilates is an inclusive movement practice. No matter your age, ability or experience.

Can I do Pilates when I’m pregnant?

Yes you most certainly can! Pilates is a brilliant example of a safe and supportive movement practice you can commence and at any time of your pregnancy and postnatal period. As expecting mums, allowing time each week for yourself, to focus on core awareness, pelvic girdle stability and as well as upper body posture and strength, is great preparation for birth and life with a newborn and kids. Pilates incorporates gentle strength training, mobility exercises and soft tissue release which can be vital for you and your body, when your growing a little human. Pilates is the perfect pregnancy workout. If you’ve been thinking about it…why not give it a go!

How do I pay for my session?

Payments for our classes can be made via the MINDBODY app or the link via our website, when booking your session either as a casual or a pack of classes.

Cancellation Policy:

I recognise that Della Bosca Pilates has a 24 hour cancellation policy that requires me to inform the Studio, by cancelling my session via Mindbody, within the 24 hour period if I can no longer attend my scheduled session. I understand that if I don’t provided 24 hours notice I will be expected to deliver payment in full for the missed session, or a session will be deducted from my prepaid pack.
